The present Application has been

filed by the applicant-Anuj Rawat for anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.129 of 2025, registered at Police Station Cantt., District Dehradun under Sections 420, 467, 468 and Section 471 of the Indian

Penal Code, 1860.

2. Heard Ms. Amreen Bano, learned counsel for applicant and Mrs. Sweta Badola Dobhal, learned Brief Holder for

respondent nos.1 and 2.

3. Ms. Amreen Bano, Advocate, on instruction, has requested to permit the applicant-Anuj Rawat to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application with liberty to file afresh with better

particulars.

4. The said request has not been

opposed by the respondent nos.1 and 2.

5. The present Second Anticipatory Bail Application (No.48 of 2025) is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the applicant to file afresh as prayed.
