Present applicant–Manjeet Singh S/o Shri Santokha Singh is seeking regular bail in relation to first information report dated 28.05.2025 bearing FIR No. 0071 of 2025, Police Station Kotwali Pitthoragarh, District Pitthoragarh, lodged for the offences punishable under Section 8/21 read with Section 60 of the NDPS Act, wherein two persons, namely, Nishant Bora and Sandeep Joshi were implicated. During investigation, the applicant was arrested and made an accused for the offence punishable under Section 29 of the NDPS

Act.

4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated and there is no recovery of any contraband from the present applicant and whatever be the recovery has been shown is from the possession of other two co-accused, namely, Nishant Bora and Sandeep Joshi, who have already been granted bail by this Court on

16.06.2025 and 23.06.2025.
