4. The present Criminal Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner against the Respondents, particularly Respondent No. 3
with the following prayer:
“(i)Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari and quash the impugned FIR No. 185 of 2023 dated 14.07.2023 U/s 420 of IPC, registered at, Police Station
Mukhani, District Nainital
(ii) issue a writ or order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 do not arrest the Petitioner in connection with the impugned FIR No. 185 of 2023 dated 14.07.2023 U/s 420 of IPC, registered at, Police Station Mukhani, District Nainital,on the basis of compromise arrived between the parties, qua the present
Petitioner.”
