The present Application has been

filed by the applicant-Mahipal for anticipatory bail in the Complaint Case No.39 of 2025, “Baleshwar Vs. Mahipal”, pending before the Court of District and Sessions Judge, Haridwar under Sections 323, 452, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3(1)(X) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act,

1989.

Haridwar. He has requested to direct the decide the anticipatory bail application of the applicant, who will file the said application on 31.10.2025, before
