Ms. Stuti Pandey, learned counsel for the

Revisionist.

2. The present criminal revision is directed against the judgment and order dated 11.11.2025, passed by the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Dehradun District Dehradun, in Criminal Case No.390 of 2023, “Smt. Chanda Thapa and others Vs. Gopal Krishan Thapa” whereby directing the Revisionist to pay an amount of Rs.18,000/- per month as interim maintenance

to the Respondents.

3. Admit.

4. Issue notice to the Respondent No.1. Steps to be taken within a week. Counter affidavit to be filed within a

period of three weeks.

5. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of

the case, an interference is being called for in the matter.

6. Till the next date of listing, the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and order dated 11.11.2025, passed by the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Dehradun District Dehradun, in Criminal Case No.390 of 2023, “Smt. Chanda Thapa and others Vs. Gopal Krishan Thapa”, shall remain stayed
