2. Ms. Sanjana Agarwal, learned counsel holding brief of Mr. Sudhir Kumar, learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.1

to 4.

3. As per orders passed by this Court dated 10.11.2025, whereby objections were invited from the Respondents i.e. Respondent Nos.1 to 4, till today no objections have been

filed.

4. Learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 seeks time for filing the objections, whereas as per directions of this Court steps were taken regarding the issuance of notices for

Respondent Nos.5 to 8.

5. As per office report dated 07.01.2026 regarding the service for Respondent Nos.5 to 8, it is mentioned that neither AD nor undelivered envelope received back, and further it has been noted that as per tracking reports “item delivered”. Meaning thereby as per postal presumption regarding service, service is taken to be sufficient regarding Respondent Nos.5

to 8.

6. Since the service is sufficient, still in the interest of justice, a time may be accorded for Respondent Nos.5 to 8, to

submit objections, if any, or make any representation.

7. Learned Senior Counsel submits further that though the operation of the order had been stayed but the ancillary relief which is execution was not acted upon and it should have

been, and it is prayed that it may be considered.

8. List this matter on 23.02.2026.

9. Interim order, if any, is extended till the next date of listing.
