2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides. 3. This Court, while staying the order of the learned Single Judge dated 12.12.2024 was pleased to observe in paragraph no.5 of the

order as under:-

“In that view, there shall be a stay of operation and execution of the impugned order dated 12.12.2024. The present round of litigation will not come in the way of the respondents-petitioners participating in any further round of selection process that may

be announced.”

4. It is now submitted that further the recruitment process has not been taken

forward in view of the interim order.

5. This Court, while granting the interim order, had in fact granted leave to the respondents-petitioners to participate in any further round of selection process, indicating thereby that this Court was not staying any selection process that may be comm
