Learned Counsel for the State of Uttarakhand has produced the records of the Committee of Management which have been perused and the register appears to be newly prepared by the respondent no.5 which is stated to be a Reservation Roster Register. The rejoinder affidavit refers to the reservation provided to the various teachers, which, prima facie, does not corroborate with the details mentioned in the register prepared by the Committee of Management. The respondent no. 4 shall intimate the respondent no.5 about the pendency of the writ petition in writing and will also apprise the respondent no. 5 that the next date fixed in the matter is

09.01.2026.

4. The respondent no. 5 shall make necessary arrangements for putting his

appearance.
