JUDGMENT: (per SUBHASH UPADHYAY, J.
The present writ petition has been filed with
the following prayers:
“(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of
certiorari calling for the original record and pleased to quash the impugned MOU dated 29.03.2025 signed between State of Uttarakhand & Kendriya Bhandar and consequential orders/proceedings arising out of it.(contained as Annexure No. 18 to this
writ petition.)
(ii) issue a writ(s) in the nature of mandamus or
any other writ(s) /order(s) directing to the respondent nos. 1 to 3 in nature of mandamus to ensure Local Mahila Mandals/Self Help Groups are given the work to supply of
supplementary nutritional food under Saksham Angarwadi & Poshan 2.0 Scheme in the form of Hot Cooked Meal and take Home Ration as mandated by the Hon’ble Apex Court.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners may be permitted to put forth their grievances before the Secretary, Women Empowerment and Child Development Department, Civil Secretariat, Dehradun and the said authority may be permitted to decide the issue within a stipulated time period.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents submit that they have no objection to the said prayer made by the petitioners.
4. The submissions of learned counsel for the parties are placed on record.
5. The Principal Secretary, Women Empowerment Dehradun is directed to treat the Writ Petition filed by the petitioners as representation. The Secretary, Women Secretariat, Dehradun shall decide the representation of the petitioners by providing adequate opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and other stake holders. The aforesaid exercise shall be completed within a period of two months.
6. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
