2. Mr. J.S. Virk, learned DAG with Mr. Rakesh Kumar Joshi,

learned Brief Holder, for the State of Uttarakhand.

3. Applicant seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No.0388 of 2023, dated 27.07.2023, under Sections 34, 147, 148, 341, 307, 504 and

506 of IPC, at Police Station Patel Nagar, District Dehradun.

4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the

record.

5. Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the co- accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by the

coordinate Bench of this Court.

6. Learned State Counsel has vehemently opposed the

anticipatory bail application.

7. Having considered the entirety of the facts, this Court is of

the view that this is a case fit for anticipatory bail.

8. The anticipatory bail application is allowed.

9. In that eventuality of arrest, the Applicant shall be enlarged on anticipatory bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties, each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Arresting
