4. Applicants – Sukhpal Singh and Smt. Gurmeet Kaur, seek anticipatory bail in FIR No.338 of 2015, dated 26.12.2015, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of IPC, at Police Station
Kichha, District Udham Singh Nagar.
5. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the
record.
6. Learned counsel for the Applicants submits that the Applicants are innocent person and have committed no crime as alleged by the prosecution, and they have falsely been implicated in the alleged commission of crime without any proper inquiry or
investigation.
7. There is objection on behalf of the learned counsel for the informant with the contention that the present relief is being availed parallelly to the one placed before the learned Sessions
Court concerned.
