5. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the

record.

6. Learned counsel for the Applicants submits that the Applicants are innocent person and have committed no crime as alleged by the prosecution, and they have falsely been implicated in the alleged commission of crime without any proper inquiry or

investigation.
