The present Application under Section 482 of the

Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR/Case Crime No.0349 of 2025 dated 24.12.2025, registered with Police Station Vikas Nagar, District Dehradun, for offences

punishable under Sections 108 and 351(3) of B.N.S., 2023.

2. As per the prosecution case, the FIR was lodged on 24.12.2025 against seven accused persons including present applicant under the aforementioned Sections alleging therein that the informant’s brother committed suicide on 22.12.2025 and he demanded strict legal action against the individuals named in the suicide note written by

deceased.
