4. There is no representation on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 whereas service upon them is sufficient. 5. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

6. The matter is pending for consideration of the Delay Condonation Application (IA No. 01 of 2025).

7. Learned counsel for the Appellant, however, explains the delay as stated in the application filed before this Court. The delay of 56 days is well explained; therefore, the same is hereby condoned. Accordingly, the Delay Condonation Application is allowed.

8. The present Application has been filed by the Complainant seeking Special Leave to Appeal against the judgment and order dated 29.11.2024, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Roorkee, Haridwar in Special Sessions Trial No. 92 of 2021, whereby the accused has been acquitted of the offence under Sections 354, 323 and 325 IPC and under Sections 11/12 of POCSO Act .

9. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, this matter requires consideration.

10. Let the Trial Court’s Record be summoned.

11. Upon receipt of the Trial Court’s Record, the Registry is directed to prepare the paper book and furnish the same to the concerned parties, as per Rules.

12. Objections, if any, be filed by the Respondent.

13. List this case on 25.03.2026.
