This writ petition has been filed under Article

226 of the Constitution of India, whereby the petitioner has sought the following reliefs:-

“1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the recovery certificate dated 07.05.2025 (Annexure-4) and letter dated 8.5.2025 (Annexure-5) issued by the District Assistant Registrar Cooperative Societies, Almora, pursuant to the award dated 31.01.2025.

2. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to adopt any coercive measures against the petitioner pursuant to the impugned recovery proceedings.
