This Application for anticipatory bail has been filed in the First Information Report No. 638 of 2024, registered at Police Station Bhagwanpur, District Haridwar under Sections 420, 467, 468 and Section 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

2. According to the First Information Report dated 14.08.2024, the named co-accused persons had taken Rs.4,50,000/- from the informant under the guise of securing government job and provided him a fake appointment letter dated 29.08.2022.
