4. The present applicant Devendra Kumar, S/o Anand Pal is praying for bail in reference to FIR dated 25.09.2024, bearing FIR/Case Crime No. 951 of 2024 at P.S. Kotwali Manglaur, District Haridwar, wherein the applicant along with others have been implicated for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 351(2), 333 and 352 of BNS 2023.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present applicant is under treatment since there is regular bleeding from his nose and he is under regular treatment in the JNSM government hospital and certain documents have also been shown to this Court, from which it reveals that the applicant was brought by police to the JNSM government hospital Roorkee for medical treatment.
