1. Mr. Bilal Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. Mr. Himanshu Sain, learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. By the instant petition, the petitioners Shalini Manori @ Shalini D/o Om Prakash and Sunny Katariya S/o Sanjay Kumar are praying for the following reliefs.

“(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent no.1 & 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioners from the respondent no. 3 to 5 who wants to do away with the life of petitioners in the name of family honor as petitioners have performed inter cast marriage against the wishes of respondent no. 3 to 5 and other family members of petitioner no.1.”
