This Application has been filed for anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 80 of 2025, registered at Police Station Bhagwanpur, District Haridwar under Section 3, Section 5 read with Section 11 of the Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act, 2007 and Section 3 read with Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960.

2. On 19.03.2025, a secret information was received by the police that Anjeem, Rehman and Imran are slaughtering a cow. The police raided the spot. Three persons were present at the spot. They managed to escape from the spot. The police recovered 175.53 kg. of beef, one calf and other articles from the spot.
