(2) Petitioner applied for the post of Assistant Teacher, Government Primary School. Since his result has not been declared, therefore, he has approached this Court seeking a direction to the authorities to declare his result.
(3) Annexure-9 to the writ petition is a letter addressed to ten candidates including the petitioner, who were required to furnish certain documents/information. Petitioner’s name figures at serial number 4 in the said letter.
(4) Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner visited the O/o District Education Officer concerned personally on 12.3.2026 and furnished all requisite documents/information. Learned State Counsel, however, submits that the documents required by the aforesaid letter are yet be furnished by the petitioner.
(5) Having regard to the aforesaid facts, writ petition is disposed
