This writ petition has been filed under Article
226 of the Constitution of India, by the petitioner-Law College. In the year 2022, the petitioner-College applied for affiliation for two year LL.M. course before respondent no.2- Kumaon University. An inspection was carried out by the officials of respondent no.2-Kumaon University, on 27.06.2022, and thereafter a recommendation was made by respondent no.2-Kumaon University to grant affiliation for 30 students in the two year LL.M. course in the petitioner-
College on the same date.
