JUDGMENT :(per Mr. Manoj Kumar Gupta, C.J.)

1. The present writ petition has been filed assailing the transfer order dated 03.03.2026 and ex parte relieving order dated 09.03.2026 (date wrongly mentioned as 09.06.2026 in the relief clause), passed by the respondents- Bank, whereby the petitioner has been transferred and relieved for joining from Dehradun Zonal Office to Bareilly Zonal Office in the same capacity as Branch Manager.

2. The transfer order states that the same has been passed on administrative grounds.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent- Bank states that one Sitaram Verma, officer of Scale-4 level has been posted as Branch Manager in place of the petitioner.

Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was transferred from Bareilly Zonal Office to Dehradun Zonal Office on his own request in pursuance of the order dated 22.05.2024 and now overlooking the difficulties of the petitioner, he has again been transferred to Bareilly. It is submitted that the petitioner’s father is suffering from cancer and his daughter is a student of Class 10^th at Ann Mary School, Dehradun and her examinations are going on. As such, petitioner would be put to immense difficulties, in case he is sent to a distant place like Bareilly.

5. Mr. Rajendra Dobhal, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to represent his case to the respondents- Bank so that the petitioner would be adjusted at some nearby place.

6. Learned counsel for the respondents- Bank has no objection to the same.

7. Accordingly, without interfering with the impugned transfer order, the petition is disposed of as follows:-

The petitioner may make representation for being posted at some place near Dehradun along with true copy of the instant order and evidence in support of his case regarding ailment of his father and the education of his daughter. In the event, any such representation is made within one week from today, the same shall be considered sympathetically by the Competent Authority of the respondent- Bank within next one week.

8. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
