3. The petitioners Mohit Kumar, S/o Tirat Singh @ Kirat Singh and Ms. Rashmi D/o Shri Rakesh Kumar are praying for the adequate protection to their life and liberty who are present in Court since there is threat perception from the respondent no. 4 to 7. Respondent nos.4 and 5 are the parents of the petitioner no.2 and respondent no.6 and 7 are uncle and aunt of the petitioner no. 2.

4. It is contended that both the petitioners are in love with each other and both are major and married with each other in Shiv Mandir Roshnabad, Haridwaron 21.02.2026. It is submitted that according to their date of birth both are major. The date of birth of the petitioner no.1 is 04.07.1997 and the date of birth of petitioner no.2 is 01.01.2004. It is also contended that they have applied for registration of their marriage, which is still pending.
