1. Mr.Saurabh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Mr. Tumul Nainwal, learned A.G.A. with Ms. Sweta Badola Dobhal, learned Brief Holder for the State.

3. The instant writ petition has been preferred by the petitioners praying for the following reliefs:-

(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.1 and 2 to provide adequate protection to the petitioners from respondent no.3 and other family members of petitioner no.1 so that they may live peaceful marital life.

4. It is contended that both the petitioners are in love with each other and both are major and married with each other in Vankhandi Mahadev Shivalaya, Chakarpur District Udham Singh Nagar on 09.03.2026 and certain photographs of the marriage has also enclosed. It is submitted that according to their date of birth both are major. In support of the age, copy of Aadhar Card of both of them have also been enclosed.
