1. The present writ petition is directed against the order of Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi, dated 07.04.2026, in O.A./1242/2026 (Nainital), by which, the Tribunal has rejected the prayer of the petitioners for interim relief at the said stage and fixed 20^th May, 2026 as the next date of hearing.
