In the High Court of Uttarakhand, the present case arises from Bail Application filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking regular bail for the Applicant – Vishal, who has been accused in FIR/Case Crime No.21 of 2026, dated 10.01.2026, under Sections 103 (1) and 3 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, at Police Station Kotwali Haridwar, District Haridwar.

4. Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant has filed the present short term bail application on the ground that Applicant is pursuing BA. L.L.B, course from South Point Law College, Village Joshi Chauhan, District Sonipat, District Haryana, and the Applicant has successfully passed 7th Semesters, and at present studying in 8th Semester
