2. None is present for the respondents.
3. Petitioner has filed this writ petition for quashing the order dated 02.03.2024, whereby, respondent no. 2 have issued the tender for allotment of shops and dormitory in the parking area made by respondent no. 1.
4. The case of the petitioner is that since he was already conducting the parking and dormitory as per the M.O.U. dated 16.05.2022, which was for a period of three years and without cancelling that M.O.U., tender dated 02.03.2024 was floated.
5. This Court vide order dated 23.04.2024 directed the respondents to maintain status quo with regard to petitioner’s tender.
6. Now, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the period of three years of M.O.U. is almost over and he does not want to press the writ petition, therefore, the same may be permitted to be 7. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as (ALOK MAHRA, J.) (G. NARENDAR, C.J.
