4. Petitioner moved an application for demarcation under Section 41 of Land Revenue Act, which is pending before the Assistant Collector, First Class, Dehradun.

5. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to the Assistant Collector to expedite the hearing of the said application.

6. Learned State Counsel, on instructions, submits that there is discrepancy in the revenue map with regard to Khasra No. 1447, which was noticed during the filed visit made by revenue authorities, on 23.01.2023. Thus, he submits that the appropriate remedy for the petitioner would be to move an application under Section 28 of the Land
