The present regular bail has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.76 of 2024, registered at Police Station Rajpur, District Dehradun.

2. The applicant – Sanjeev Kumar is in judicial custody under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and Section 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

3. As per the First Information Report, the co- the property-in-question. They executed an agreement to sell in favour of the informant. They received the amount from the informant. The informant later came to know that the said property was mortgaged with the bank.
