The proposed Civil Revision has been filed under Section 25 of the Provincial Small Cause Courts Act, 1887 challenging the order dated 04.02.2025, passed by learned Small Cause Court/Ist Additional District Judge, Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar in SCC Suit No.07 of 2024, whereby, the Application, filed by the proposed revisionist- defendant under Order VII Rule 11 CPC, has been dismissed.

2. Heard Mr. B.D. Pande, learned counsel for proposed revisionist and Smt. Monika Pant, learned counsel for respondent.

3. On the request of Mr. B.D. Pande, Advocate, the Delay Condonation Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
