Present applicant-Himanshu Kumar is praying for short term bail in relation to a FIR dated 23.02.2025 registered as FIR No. 56 of 2025 wherein the present applicant has been implicated for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2) of BNS at P.S. Kankhal District Haridawr.

4. The short term bail has been moved on the ground that the applicant’s younger sister is getting married and the marriage ceremony is scheduled to be held on 25.04.2025. In the short term bail application marriage invitation card is also enclosed.

5. Yesterday, the State Counsel was directed to get instructions and verify whether applicant’s younger sister is getting married or not.

6. Today, on instructions, Mr. Siddharth Bisht, learned A.G.A. informed this Court that the marriage is scheduled to be held on 25.04.2025.
