The proposed civil revision has been filed under Section 25 of the Provincial Small Cause Courts Act, 1887 against the judgment and decree dated 12.08.2024, passed by the learned District Judge, Tehri Garhwal in SCC Suit No.02 of 2021, whereby the learned Judge has decreed the suit of the respondent-plaintiff for recovery of possession and mesne profits.

2. Heard Mr. Sanjay Bhatt, learned counsel for the revisionist.

3. On 22.04.2025, no one was present on behalf of the respondent. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent.
