The present Application has been filed by the applicant - Mahipal Singh for anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.07 of 2020 (Special Sessions Trial No.3 of 2024), registered at Vigilance Establishment Sector at Dehradun, District Dehradun under Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.
