The proposed Revision has been filed challenging the order dated 10.01.2024, passed by learned Small Cause Court/District Judge, Pauri Garhwal in SCC Suit No.02 of 2023, “Om Prakash Kavtiyal and Others Vs. Sohan Singh”, by which, the Application, filed by the revisionist-defendant under Order VII Rule 11(d) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, has been dismissed.

3. The said SCC Suit No.02 of 2023 has been decided on 26.04.2025. Therefore, the present Civil Revision, filed under Section 25 of the Provincial Small Cause Courts Act, 1887, has become infructuous.

2024) is dismissed as infructuous.
