The present Application has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, by the applicant for quashing the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.3440 of 2020, “State vs. Rajesh Singh”, pending before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dehradun under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
