This Application has been filed by the applicant-Azeez for anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.386 of 2025, registered at Police Station Laksar, District Haridwar under Section 3, Section 5 read with Section 11 of the Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act, 2007.

2. According to the First Information Report, the police party received a secret information on 05.04.2025 that Azeez (present applicant) and six other named accused are slaughtering cows. The police party raided the spot and recovered 150 Kg. beef and other articles from the spot. All the seven persons managed to escape from the spot.
