2. Mr. Sanjay Kumar, Advocate holding brief of Mr. Tapan Singh, learned counsel for the respondents.
3. Heard learned counsel for the parties on the delay condonation application as well as restoration application.
4. There is delay of 906 days in filing the restoration application application. In the interest of justice, the delay in filing restoration application is hereby condoned.
5. Accordingly, the delay condonation application (IA No. 14161 of 2025) is allowed. 6. Also heard on the restoration application.
7. For the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of restoration application, the same (MCC No. 14160 of 2025) is allowed. The orders dated 18.11.2022 & 05.06.2025 are hereby recalled.
8. Let the writ petition is restored to its original number, subject to payment of cost of ₹20,000/-, to be deposited with Advocate’s Welfare Fund maintained by Uttarakhand High Court Bar Association, within two weeks from today.
9. List these cases on 24.07.2025.
10. Interim order, if any, to continue till then.
