present applicant, who happens to be sister-in-

law (Devrani) of the deceased, has preferred

this

questioning

the

Chargesheet

dated

23.08.2022,

being

Chargesheet no.244 of 2022, as well as the

summoning order dated 06.09.2022, as it has

been issued by the court of Judicial Magistrate,

Sitarganj, Udham Singh Nagar in Criminal

Case No.517 of 2022, “State Vs. Nityanand and

another”, whereby she has been summoned to

be tried for the offence under section 306 of

IPC.

Learned counsel for the applicant prior to

the venturing on the merits of this matter, has

confined his prayer that the present applicant is

willing to surrender before the court of Judicial

Magistrate, Sitarganj, Udham Singh Nagar.

Upon surrender before the court, an appropriate

direction may be issued to the court concerned,

to decide the application for the grant of bail as

expeditiously as possible.

Looking to the innocuous prayer, this

C482 Application is being disposed of, with the

direction that if the applicant surrenders before

the court of Judicial Magistrate, Sitarganj,

Udham Singh Nagar, within a period of two

weeks from today; her bail application would

be considered by the court concerned as

expeditiously as possible, but not later than two

weeks thereafter.
