The applicant to the present 482 application

has put a challenge to the Charge Sheet no. 185 of

2022, dated 27.06.2022, which was submitted by

the Investigating Officer after conclusion of the

investigation into the allegations of FIR No. 165 of

2022 dated 24.04.2022, for the offences punishable

under Sections 420, 468 of IPC, registered at P.S.

Bajpur, District Udham Singh Nagar.

The court of Judicial Magistrate, Bajpur,

District Udham Singh Nagar, has taken cognizance

on the same by issuing a summoning order on

03.12.2022 by way of registration of a Criminal

Case No. 1017 of 2022, State Vs. Saravjeet Singh

@ Rana. It is these two orders, which have been put

to challenge in the present 482 application. The

applicant to the 482 application in his relief (iv) has

referred to that since the offences for which the

summons have been issued
