Criminal Case No. 8210 of 2018, State Vs.

Saki Ullah & others, wherein they have

been summoned to be tried for the

offences under Sections 385, 411, 417,

420, 120-B and 34 of IPC. The offences for

which the present applicants have been

summoned, they carry a sentence of less

than 7 years and as such, the issue would

fall within the domain of consideration of

the parameters of Satender Kumar Antil

Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and

Another as reported in 2022 (10) SCC 51.
