HARIZ, MEMBER (A) ORDER This application is filed under Sec 14 of the AFT Act 2007 by the applicant who is a serving Maj Gen and is aggrieved by the initiation of disciplinary proceedings based on a Court of Inquiry (CoI) and Summary of Evidence (SoE), both of which were conducted entirely contrary to statutory provisions and without heeding to the truthful facts of the case, wherein certain interested officers hatched a conspiracy to falsely implicate the applicant in a corruption case.
