FINAL ORDER
06.05.2024 Heard the application for condonation of delay. The learned counsel for the appellant submit that reason of delay has been specified in para 3 & 4 of the application. Reiterating the fact mentioned therein, it is submitted that the Adjudicating Authority passed the impugned order on 04.06.2021 which was received by the Ahmedabad Branch of the bank on 11.06.2021. It was the period of Covid 19. The order was misplaced by someone. In the month of February, 2023, the order was found and thereupon the Ahmedabad Branch sent the copy of the order to the Head Office of the bank at Mumbai with its comments for taking decision for further course of action. The Head Office, after, consulting the legal department, decided to file the appeal. The Branch Office then instructed his counsel at New Delhi to prepare and file the appeal.
In the process, delay occurred. It may be condoned.
