Hon’ble Mr. R.N. Singh, Member (J) :

At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant

submits that during pendency of the OA, the respondents

have withdrawn the impugned order. This fact is not

disputed by Sh. Amit Yadav, learned counsel for the

respondents.

In view of the aforesaid OA, the applicant does not

press the present OA. However, he submits that the

applicant may be accorded liberty to avail the legal

remedies in accordance with law, if any of the grievances

of the applicant still survives. OA is accordingly

dismissed as not pressed with liberty in accordance with

law.
