Justice L. Narasimha Reddy, Chairman :-

The applicant is working as ASI (Radio Technician).

Before he joined the service in 1991, he worked as

Engineering Assistant in the Ministry of Information &

Broadcasting from 16.06.1989 to 31.07.1991. The

grievance of the applicant is that his service from

16.06.1989 to 31.07.1991 is not being ta
