Mr. K.N. Shrivastava:

The applicant joined Safdarjang Hospital as an Attendant. He was

served with a charge memo dated 16.09.2015 (Annexure A-1) under Rule 14

of CCS (CCA) Rules, 1965. Since he did not reply to the charge memo, he

was issued Annexure A-2 show cause notice dated 12.08.2016, in which the

following articles of charges were levelled:

working in this hospital, remained absent unauthorizedly on different

dates and continuously has been absent
