C A V Order

1. The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition praying for the following reliefs:-

“10.1 This Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or of like nature to quash the impugned order dated 10.04.2012 (Annexure P-20), directing the respondent authorities to extend the benefit of compassionate appointment to the petitioner with all consequential relief.

10.2. That, a command/direction may kindly be issued to the respondents to provide the pensionery benefit and other monetary compensation to the petitioner, calling for the entire record of the petitioner's case.

10.3. Any other relief, which is deemed fit and proper may also be awarded to the petitioner including the cost of the petition.”

2. Brief facts of the case are that the petitioner's husband namely Late Dharamjit was working as C.C.M. Operator Category-V in S.E.C.L. Charcha West Colliery in Koriya District and during his service, he breathed his last on 12.10.1999 in Regional Hospital Charcha.
