.2024 1. Heard Mr. Rajeev Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. R.S.Marhas, learned Additional Advocate General for the State/respondents No. 1 to 3.

2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:

• “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent police authority to register FIR against the accused/respondent No. 4 as per order dated 29.11.2023 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Balrampur at Ramanujganj, District Balrampur- Ramanujganj (C.G) in the interest of justice.
