1. This criminal revision is preferred against the judgment dated
11.03.2015 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 405/2014 by the learned Special Judge, Raigarh (C.G.), whereby the appellate Court airmed the judgment dated 03.11.2014 passed by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Kharsiya, District- Raigarh (C.G.) wherein the applicant has been convicted under Section 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code (in short 'the IPC') and sentenced him to undergo two years of rigorous imprisonment along with ine of Rs. 1,000/- and in default of payment of ine amount additional imprisonment for one month, and for under Section 467/34 of the IPC sentenced him to undergo two years of rigorous imprisonment along with ine of Rs. 1,000/- and in default of payment of ine amount additional imprisonment for one month, and for under Section 468/34 of IPC sentenced him to undergo two years of rigorous imprisonment along with ine of Rs. 1,000/- and in default of payment of ine amount additional imprisonment for one month, and for under Section 467/34 of the IPC sentenced him to undergo two years of rigorous imprisonment along with ine of Rs. 1,000/- and in default of payment of ine amount addi
