1. Heard Mr. Shivendu Pandya, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Nitansh Jaiswal, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for respondent No.1/State.

2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:

“I. That the Hon'le Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the Criminal Case No. RCC/8819/2021 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Durg, District - Durg (C.G.) for kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court.

II. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass an order to acquit the present applicant from the offence under section 420/406 of the Indian Penal Code and the Charge Sheet pertaining the F.I.R. (Crime) No. 236/2021 as well as the criminal proceeding pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Durg, District - Durg (C.G.) may kindly be quashed against the present applicant in the interest of the Justice.

III. Any other relief may also be granted to the applicant which this Hon'ble Court deems fit in facts and circumstances of the case.”
