1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as Staff Nurse in Chhattisgarh Institute of Medical Science, Bilaspur delivered a baby on 05.11.2018 and the baby was a premature child. On the basis of advice given by the doctor that special care and nursing care was required, therefore, the petitioner has made an application for grant of child care leave on 27.11.2019 w.e.f. 05.11.2019 to 05.05.2020 vide Annexure P/2 subsequently she again make an application for extension of child care leave vide Annexure P/3 dated 03.05.2020, thereby, petitioner availed 239 days of leave for Child Care Leave for which she is also entitled as contended in notification dated 04.10.2018 in Chhattisgarh Civil Service (leave) rules 2010. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is entitled to 750 days of child care leave during her entire service period, therefore, she is entitled to get child care leave which she has already availed i.e. for a period of 239 days by referring to Annexure P/7 dated 07.09.2022 and Annexure P/8 dated 04.11.2022 both were issued by the Joint Director-cum-Superintendent of
