1. Both the revisions are arising out of the order passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bilaspur in Miscellaneous Criminal Case No. 125/2022, whereby learned Family Court allowed the application iled under Section 125 of CrPC on behalf of wife and two minor children, in part, while rejecting the application for grant of maintenance of wife, awarded maintenance of sum of ₹ 60,000/- per month to each of the minor child.
2. Criminal Revision No. 1318 of 2023 is iled by husband and Criminal Revision No. 1349 of 2023 is iled by the wife and children. For the convenience of this Court, CRR No. 1318/2023 is taking as lead case.
3. Facts relevant for disposal of these Revisions are that the applicant married with non-applicant No. 1 on 04.12.2010. From their wedlock they were blessed with two children ie., non-applicant No. 2 and Non- applicant No. 3. Non-applicant No. 1 was a Government servant prior to her marriage.
